Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible: to buy photos you only give us your e-mail address, and statistics run only if you allow them. Version of 01/10/2026.

We don't sell your data, show ads, or build profiles.
Payments
You pay on the payment page of Mollie B.V. Mollie processes your payment details under its own privacy statement. We only receive the payment status and a reference, never your card or bank details.

The website itself runs on our own server in Belgium. Google and Cloudflare are US companies; transfers outside the EU rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your order's zip file is deleted 7 days after the order page expires. Download links are temporary and work for 30 minutes.

If you decline, the Google Analytics script isn't loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookies" button at the bottom of each page.
If you're in one of our photos
Our galleries show people at events, such as riders at races. If you'd rather not appear in a photo, e-mail us with a link to the photo and we'll look at removing it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We can't delete what we must keep for the books until that period ends.
E-mail info@melscape.com; we reply within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Security
The site only works over HTTPS. The original photos are never publicly accessible, and the link to your order page is a long random code that we store only in scrambled (hashed) form.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
